The shipping fee for deliveries in Germany is € 6.95 per order. Shipping costs are waived for goods with a gross value of € 75 or more.

The shipping fee for deliveries to EU countries except Germany (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Italy, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus) € 17.00 per order. From a gross goods value of € 150.00 there are no shipping costs.

The shipping fee for deliveries in Norway and Switzerland is € 25.00 per order. From a gross goods value of € 300.00 there are no shipping costs.

The shipping fee for deliveries to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Africa is € 45.00 per order. From a gross goods value of € 300.00 there are no shipping costs.

Individual agreements are possible.

We send your orders within Germany and EU countries with DPD or Post. Deliveries may take a little longer if the delivery address is outside of daily deliveries by courier services.

If the ordered product is not available because we are not supplied with this product by our suppliers through no fault of our own, we can withdraw from the contract. In this case we will inform you immediately and, if necessary, suggest the delivery of a comparable product. If no comparable product is available or you do not want a comparable product to be delivered, we will immediately reimburse you for any consideration already paid.

We are entitled to make partial deliveries if this is reasonable for you. Additional shipping costs are only incurred if expressly agreed.
